    The BMJ Research Forum is a one-day, in-person conference designed to advance research capacity, quality, and impact. It brings together clinicians, researchers, and academics to share insights, showcase work, and engage in meaningful discussions on research and publication.The BMJ Research Forum 2026 will take place on  Saturday, 5 September 2026, at the Shangri-La, New Delhi.

    The programme will include a dedicated poster gallery at the venue, along with a networking lunch, offering attendees valuable opportunities to engage, exchange ideas, and connect.

  • What is the BMJ Research Forum?

    The BMJ Research Forum South Asia brings together researchers, clinicians, policymakers, and funders to translate health research into practice and policy.

    The forum focuses on implementation in real-world settings, sharing practical examples of how evidence improves patient outcomes, strengthens health systems, and supports equitable care.

    Yes, registration fees apply.

  • Will I receive confirmation after registering?

    Yes, a confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration with your transaction reference numbers. Please preserve the email as this will be used during the event registration at the venue

  • What does the programme include?

    The forum will feature:

  • Will there be opportunities to present research?

    Yes. Delegates can submit abstracts for the poster gallery. Selected submissions will be displayed at the venue and also be published in the BMJ Journal.

  • How do I submit an abstract?

    Abstract submission guidelines, timelines, and criteria will be available on the event website.

  • Will certificates be provided?

    Yes, all registered attendees will receive a certificate of participation. Presenters will receive a certificate of presentation.

  • Will accommodation be provided?

    The registration fee covers attendance at the BMJ Research Forum South Asia, including access to the poster gallery and the networking lunch.

    Please note that it does not include any costs related to travel or accommodation.

  • What time should I arrive?

    Delegates are advised to arrive by 8:00 AM for registration. The programme will commence at 9:00 AM and conclude by 5:00 PM.

  • Can I cancel my registration?

    No, the registration cannot be cancelled and it is non-refundable
